Private Parties on the Clubhouse

The clubhouse is an asset for all members.  The club wishes to keep the venue open to all members. 

If you wish to have a party on the clubhouse, you can do so inexpensively as long as the clubhouse stays open to all members.

If you wish to privatize the clubhouse for a day or evening event, please send an email to amy@myc.org. . 

The minimum number of people to do a private party is 50.  The maximum is 140.  Please keep in mind that our launch can move 49 people every 30 minutes.

The cost for privatizing the clubhouse is:

• $50 per person charter fee which includes the launch service
• $20 per person for open bar for 3 hours
• $20 per person for picnic box food

Sales tax and gratuities are not included.

Club members receive a 25% discount off the above fees.

Please keep in mind that we are a sailing club and not a catering facility.  The weather could be unpleasant.  Other things could go wrong as they sometimes do in the world of sailing. 

Please only book casual and enjoyable events on the new clubhouse, not super critical events.
