Become a Sailing Instructor

We are interested in hiring passionate sailors.  If you have the sailing skill, experience and passion, then read more.

If you love the sport of sailing and wish to share it with other people, you should consider becoming a sailing instructor.

Most of the instructors at our school are "hobby-professionals."  They have full time jobs and teaching sailing on weekends and weekday evenings is a way they relax, unwind and make themselves and others happy.  We also have a group of professional sailing instructors who teach sailing and do other marine related activities on a full time basis.

You can become either a part-time or full-time instructor at our sailing school.

What does it take to be a great sailing instructor?  Mostly it takes good communication and people skills.  If you have the passion and can communicate and listen, then you can be a great instructor.

Salary range $15-$20 per hour depending on experience, certifications and incentives.  Health insurance available to full time employees after 6 months.
