Top Gun Racing Series
The Top Gun Racing Series is the best of the best within the sailing club.
This series is held every Thursday evening. Top Gun sailors will be given red carpet treatment. You will depart North Cove on Greyhound at 6 p.m. and ride out to the Laser racing area behind the Statue. The Lasers will already be rigged and ready to go. You hop into your assigned boat and the races begin.
This racing series is for serious sailors. At the end of every night, the top skippers win a berth for the following week. Skippers get to choose the boat they race the following week based on their finish with first choosing first. The bottom two skippers get bounced out and have to join the waiting list to compete again.
Each week, two new skippers from the waiting list will be invited to join and test their skills against the Top Guns of the club.
If you survive 3 weeks in a row, you will win a Top Gun t-shirt from the club.

Register for the TOP GUN Racing Series.
The top sailors stay in the series each week. The bottom two get bounced out. New skippers will be put on the waiting list. When your opportunity arrives, you race. At least two new skippers will be invited into the series each week. More may be invited in if existing Top Guns have to forfeit their berths. Once you are bounced out, you can rejoin the waiting list. The list will be kept on the club reservation page under Thursdays.
