In addition to J/24 races, Manhattan Sailing Club organizes races for larger boats.  On Thursday evening, there is a series for member-owned J/105s and a series for PHRF boats.  Any sailboat in the harbor, including non-member boats, can enter the PHRF series.  On Saturday afternoon, there is a pursuit race series open to all sailboats in the harbor.

In 2008, our club began promoting the J/105 class and encouraging members to buy these boats.  The club J/105 fleet has grown to 6 boats.  Below is a short video of the first J/105 race of the 2009 season.
