Organisation
Organised by the Yacht Club de
Monaco, the XXIII edition of "Primo Cup - Trophée Credit Suisse" will be held on
the following dates: 1,2,3,4 February and 9,10,11 February 2007.

Programme may be subject to modification due to prevailing meteorological
conditions.
2 – Rules
All races will be conducted according
to I.S.A.F. Race Notice Regulations and the Regulations applicable to each
category concerned. Difficulty in meeting class requirements will not be
considered grounds for decisional appeals. Competitors shall abide by Race
Instructions.
3 – Eligible
Vessels
This year
the event is open to the following categories: Star, H22, Platu 25, J24, First
40.7, First-Class7.5, Dragon, Laser SB3, Mumm 30, Swan 45, Smeralda 888, Melges
24 and Surprise.
A minimum of 7
entrants per category is required.
4 – Entrance
Registration
Registration requests and the
accompanying registration fees must be lodged with the Yacht Club de Monaco by
31st January 2007.
5 – Race
Instructions
Race Instructions will be despatched
to competitors subsequent to registration confirmation by the race secretariat.
6 - Circuit
The circuit will be of the "Banana"
lay-out located in the bay of Monaco.
7 - Ratings
Separate ratings for the entire
series will be in conformity with Annex A Rule 4.1. - Points System and rules
ISAF.
8 – Substitute
Penalties
Application of
the 360° rotation penalty (modification of Rule 44.2,ISAF regulations).
9 - Advertising
Conform to Annexe 1 category C of ISAF
regulations.
10 -
Prize-giving Ceremony
Prize-giving will take place on
Sunday 4th February 2007 at 6.00pm on the premises of Yacht Club de Monaco for
the following categories: Star, Laser SB3, Surprise, J24.
For All other Categories another
award ceremony will be held on Sunday 11th February 2007 at 6.00pm at the Yacht
Club de Monaco.
11 - Jury
The
International jury’s decisions may not be appealed.
12 -
Moorings & Parking
The Yacht Club de Monaco expressly
stipulates that it shall not be held responsible for vessels on moorings, craft
and/or trailors parked upon the quaysides prior to the date of 31st January and
after 12th February 2007.
