Annual Member Survey - January 2012

Each winter, the club surveys its members. Our goal is to find out what is on your mind and how the club can better serve you.  Your comments are very important.  This is where ideas start.  Please take a moment to complete a survey!

The survey will be open from Jan. 1 to 14.  After the survey closes, results will be published on the website.

Have you visited your Clubhouse in the harbor?  What is your favorite part of the clubhouse experience?  How could the clubhouse be improved?
Have you participated in the the Fleet Captain or Mentoring Programs?  If yes, how often and how could they be improved?
Have you participated in any of the Racing Programs?  If yes, how often and how could they be improved?
Are you interested in the Laser or Sunfish dinghies for sailing or racing?  If yes, which boat are you interested in and which day and time would be best for you?
How could the club make it easier for you to meet other members and develop sailing connections?
How many years have you been a member of Manhattan Sailing Club?  If you have been a member for 2 seasons or more, what is your general feeling about the club and if it is headed in the right direction?
How can the club improve its customer service?  It would be helpful to hear specific situations when the club did not provide great customer service and what we should do differently in the future.
Looking 5 years into the future, how do you envision the club and what would you like to see for sailing in New York Harbor?
