Our club is keeping 2 G-Sloops on moorings off Beaton Boat Works in Mantoloking, NJ.
Members can drive down to the Jersey Shore and sail on these boat.
To help get this program started, club members who have completed a G-Sloop Orientation can sail on these boats free of charge in 2007.
The club will hold several free G-Sloop Orientation Seminars for members each summer. You can also arrange a private orientation if you cover the cost of the instructor plus transportation ($20 per hour door to door).
After you have successfully completed an orientation, you can reserve one of the boats and go sailing. It's lots of fun and opens up a whole new and beautiful sailing area.
