Dock Master is responsible for completing this form as final duty before locking up.

You should lock classroom and depart at 10 p.m. (or sooner if no members).  What time will you lock and depart and if after 10, why?
Are all voice mails checked and processed?
Are all reservations updated and website published?
Were there a full 6 Fleet Captain Skippers?
Did any members comes down and not get sailing today?
Did you experience any difficulty in performing your duties today?
Is cooler fully restocked?
Is bathroom clean & stocked?
Are we short any bar or bathrooms supplies?
Did any club boats need rescue today?  If yes, provide name of skipper and describe what happened.
Did anything unusual happen today?
Is there anything else the Commodore or Emily should know?
